About

Wendy Elliott

I believe that healing comes from the inside out. Having worked as a Somatic Depth Psychotherapist for over 35 years, I continue to marvel at the resiliency of the human spirit. The paradox of being alive is that we long for love and connection yet fear it at the same time. Our bodies hold mystery and the cellular pathways back home to acceptance, compassion, and self-trust. My specialty is working with fear, sadness, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I infuse my work with creativity, compassion, generosity, and joy. I’m a mother of two adult children who are my greatest teachers. I love to hike with my dog Cassie and I love the work that I do.
